The above three are very important to one’s health.

Healthy eating can be defined as a balanced diet – enough calories to keep you active, dense in nutrients.

Exercise has to be at least for 30 minutes everyday no excuses. When I say exercise – I mean some kind of  activity that will raise your heart rate like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, aerobics , tennis, skiing etc.

Balanced lifestyle – balance work, family, leisure. No point in working 12-15 hours a day and not living to enjoy the results.  Also have some quiet time – go inside your self and connect
